VHV Group Acquires Eucon Group from Hg

VHV Group has agreed to acquire Eucon Group from Hg; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary antitrust approvals. Eucon is a Münster-based provider of data-driven software and digital platform solutions for the automotive aftermarket, insurers and real-estate invoice management; VHV will use the acquisition to expand its digital claims and data capabilities.

iamproperty Acquires VTUK

iamproperty Group has acquired VTUK, the Oxfordshire-based developer of the cloud-based Openview CRM platform, in a trade deal for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition brings VTUK’s product and customer base (over 300 UK estate agencies) into iamproperty’s property technology portfolio and will see founder Peter Grant exit following a handover period while the existing VTUK leadership team remains in place.

Cinven to Acquire TaxAct and Combine with Drake Software

Cinven has agreed to acquire TaxAct for approximately $720 million and will combine it with its existing portfolio company Drake Software under a new holding company to create a full-service tax solutions provider for professionals and consumers. The combined businesses will continue to operate under their own brands and the transaction is expected to close in 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

Sysnet Global Solutions Acquires Viking Cloud

The deal combines Viking Cloud's next-generation asset, event and compliance management technology with Sysnet's payment security and compliance services; Viking Cloud CEO Robert McCullen will become Executive Chairman of Sysnet.
