Paychex Acquires Paycor for $4.1B

Paychex, Inc. has completed the all-cash acquisition of Paycor HCM, Inc. for $22.50 per share, representing approximately $4.1 billion of enterprise value. Funds advised by Apax Partners (the majority Paycor shareholder) and other Paycor stockholders sold their interests; Paychex expects more than $80 million in annual cost synergies and expanded upmarket and revenue opportunities from the combined HCM offerings.

Employee Navigator Acquires Ease

The combined company will support over 150,000 businesses, more than 4,000 insurance brokers and over 13 million employees, and plans to incorporate Ease features into Employee Navigator's platform to accelerate benefits modernization for brokers and employers.

CBIZ Acquires BeyondPay, Inc.

The acquisition adds ~40 employees and ~$4.6 million in annual revenue to CBIZ's HR and payroll capabilities to accelerate growth in its Centrally HR practice.

Selerix Acquires Steele Benefits
