Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has agreed to acquire Merfish United, a leading U.S. master distributor of tubular building products, from One Equity Partners. The deal expands Reliance's distribution footprint and product offering across pipe, tubing, plastic pipe and electrical conduit through Merfish's twelve U.S. distribution centers.
