ClinicMind Acquires Majority Stake in Billing Dynamix

ClinicMind, Inc. has acquired a majority stake in Billing Dynamix, LLC to expand its revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice-management capabilities for physical therapy practices. The deal will integrate Billing Dynamix's cloud-based billing and practice management platform with ClinicMind's SaaS and service offerings, adding credentialing, prior authorization, coding, a live call center and learning management resources to ClinicMind's product suite.
