Empower Brands Acquires Koala Insulation and Wallaby Windows (MidOcean Partners Portfolio)

Empower Brands, the MidOcean Partners-backed multi-brand franchisor, has added Koala Insulation and Wallaby Windows to its portfolio, bringing Empower to nine brands and adding roughly 115 franchisees. Boxwood Partners acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to the brands; the acquisition is an add-on to Empower's franchising platform to accelerate national expansion and franchisee support.

Centre Partners Acquires Quick Roofing

Centre Partners partnered with Quick Roofing management to acquire Quick Roofing, a Dallas–Fort Worth headquartered residential and commercial roofing services provider operating across nine states. Centre Partners will support Quick's next phase of expansion—both organic and acquisition-driven—while CEO Eric Armstrong remains an investor and will continue to lead the business; Fidelity Direct Lending provided debt financing for the deal.

Milwaukee-based Roofed Right America (RRA), a PE-backed commercial roofing platform, has acquired B&M Roofing of Colorado, a Frederick, Colorado-based commercial reroofing and architectural metal roofing contractor. The transaction is an add-on to the RRA platform (backed by Great Range Capital) intended to accelerate organic growth and expand RRA's footprint and capabilities in Colorado and nearby states.
