APPLIED Adhesives completed the acquisition of ADQ Inc., a regional supplier of adhesives and dispensing equipment based in Whitestown, Indiana. The purchase expands APPLIED's distribution footprint and equipment/technical-service capabilities, and brings ADQ's product portfolio and customer relationships into APPLIED's North American platform. ADQ co-owners Fritz Woerner and Mike South are named in the announcement.
