Kaseya, the Miami-based provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, has acquired INKY, an AI-driven email security provider focused on MSPs and SMBs. The acquisition brings INKY's generative-AI email protection into Kaseya's platform (including Kaseya 365 User) to strengthen email security capabilities and threat detection across Kaseya's MSP customer base.
