Kaseya has joined forces with Technology Marketing Toolkit (TMT), a marketing and consulting firm focused on MSPs, to expand its community, peer groups, coaching and marketing resources for managed service providers. TMT founder Robin Robins will move into a strategic advisory role to support marketing, sales tools and training for Kaseya's unified MSP community; terms were not disclosed.

Qlik Acquires Intellectual Property and Technology from Kyndi

Qlik has acquired key intellectual property (patents and technology) from Kyndi, a developer of natural language processing, search, and generative AI, and will integrate Kyndi's unstructured-data capabilities into Qlik Cloud. Kyndi's CEO and several AI experts will join Qlik as part of the transaction, strengthening Qlik's ability to deliver context-rich, generative-AI answers that combine structured and unstructured data.
