Century Technology Group Acquires Mutually Human

Century Technology Group, a Michigan-based family office, has acquired Mutually Human, a Grand Rapids custom software developer and application solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed; Century said the deal will support growth of its software development and application modernization services through investments in sales, marketing, talent and complementary capabilities.

The acquisition (financial terms not disclosed) brings Human Native’s team and technology into Cloudflare’s product roadmap to help publishers monetize content and enable AI developers to find and license high-quality data.

Odeko Acquires Humankind Beverage

Odeko, an operations and technology partner for independent food & beverage businesses, has acquired Humankind Beverage, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based cafe distributor and bottled beverage brand. The acquisition expands Odeko's presence in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S. and enables Odeko to sell Humankind bottled water, juices and teas across its national distribution network; Odeko also announced a partnership with Credit Key to offer flexible payment terms to customers.
