Genstar Capital and TA Associates have merged their portfolio companies, Compusoft and 2020, in a merger of equals to create a leading provider of space planning, visualization, CPQ and manufacturing solutions for residential and commercial interiors. The combined company will offer an end-to-end suite across design, configuration, pricing, quoting, ERP and manufacturing, with expanded global scale and majority ownership by Genstar and TA.
