Tellus Equipment Solutions, LLC has acquired Ag-Pro Texas, LLC, including all 21 full-service Ag-Pro Texas dealership locations in central and south Texas. The deal makes Tellus one of the largest John Deere agriculture and turf dealers in North America and brings Jeff Donaldson on board as Chief Operating Officer to lead sales, parts, service and operations.

Fairbank Equipment Acquires G&R Ag Products

Fairbank Equipment, a portfolio company of Pfingsten, has acquired G&R Ag Products, a specialty distributor of agricultural parts and propane equipment headquartered in Caldwell, Idaho. The add-on deal, which closed June 30, 2022, expands Fairbank's distribution footprint into the Pacific Northwest and provides new markets for its propane product lines; G&R's president Curt Ruehl will remain with the business and become a shareholder in Fairbank.

Titan Machinery Acquires Jaycox Implement, Inc.

Titan Machinery Inc. (Nasdaq: TITN) agreed to acquire the assets of Jaycox Implement, Inc., adding three full-line Case IH dealerships located in Worthington and Luverne, Minnesota, and Lake Park, Iowa. Jaycox generated approximately $91 million of revenue in the trailing twelve months ended June 30, 2021; the asset purchase is expected to close in December 2021 and to be immediately accretive to Titan's earnings per share.

Grote Company Acquires ProFab

Grote Company, a Columbus, Ohio-based food processing equipment manufacturer, has acquired ProFab, a Springdale, Arkansas-based manufacturer of conveyors and provider of millwright and process piping services for the food (notably poultry) industry. ProFab will remain a standalone operation in Springdale while being integrated into Grote Company's family of brands to expand its capabilities and presence in the food processing and poultry markets.

AgroLiquid Acquires Monty's Plant Food Company

AgroLiquid, a St. Johns, Michigan-based liquid fertilizer manufacturer, will acquire Louisville-based Monty's Plant Food Company effective Jan. 1, 2025. The deal combines AgroLiquid's liquid fertilizer technology and manufacturing scale with Monty's humic and soil-health expertise to broaden product capabilities and deliver new crop nutrition solutions while both brands continue to operate independently through the 2025 growing season.
