Banyan Software Adds Risk360 and Combines with SoftSmiths to Launch ennrgy

Banyan Software announced that Risk360 has joined its portfolio and will be combined with SoftSmiths to form a new energy software company called ennrgy. The move brings together Risk360’s forecasting, pricing, scheduling and settlements capabilities with SoftSmiths’ energy platform to deliver AI-driven decision intelligence to U.S. retail energy providers.
