MidOcean Partners has acquired Music Reports, Inc. from ABRY Partners and co‑founders Ronald Gertz and Douglas Brainin. MidOcean will support Music Reports' growth through product initiatives and potential acquisitions; Dhruv Prasad joins as President and CEO and has made an equity investment alongside MidOcean. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The deal expands Lukka's data management and blockchain coverage to better serve institutional customers and adds redundancy and capabilities for on-chain and off-chain reporting and reconciliation.

Block Acquires Music-Fintech Startup Hifi
