Dunes Point Capital, LP (via Dunes Point Capital Fund III) has acquired Kravet, LLC, a Woodbury, New York–based leader in to‑the‑trade home furnishings. Kravet operates global showrooms, distribution centers and a manufacturing site, employs approximately 870 people, and the Kravet family will remain a significant shareholder; debt financing was provided by Twin Brook Capital Partners and Lord Abbett.

Dunes Point Capital, a family office investment firm, has acquired K-1 Packaging Group, LLC and Everest Packaging Corp, LLC, a City of Industry, California-based designer and provider of custom turnkey packaging solutions serving wellness and personal care end-markets. The combined company operates three manufacturing facilities in California, a procurement and quality control office in Shenzhen, China, and employs approximately 220 people; Dunes Point Capital Fund III provided the controlling equity and Twin Brook Capital Partners provided transaction debt.

Dunes Point Capital has acquired a controlling interest in Vanguard Packaging, which includes Vanguard Packaging, Inc., Advanced Logistics & Fulfillment, LLC, and Great Plains Packaging, Inc. Vanguard is a Kansas City–based designer and manufacturer of high-graphic corrugated displays, retail-ready and industrial packaging, and provides related assembly, logistics and fulfillment services; the company employs approximately 200 people. Debt financing for the transaction was provided by Twin Brook Capital Partners and Churchill Asset Management.

Dunes Point Capital Fund II provided the controlling equity while debt financing was provided by funds managed or advised by GSO Capital Partners LP and M&T Bank; Unified operates 15 locations across 10 states and employs approximately 500 people.
