TrueCommerce, a PE-backed global cloud provider of supply chain connectivity, has acquired DiCentral, a Houston-based B2B EDI and API integration provider. The add-on expands TrueCommerce's Global Commerce Network by ~30,000 connections and nearly 5,000 customers, deepening its integration, iPaaS and supply-chain connectivity capabilities and broadening its global footprint.
