The combined company will operate more than 60 offices and data centers across 11 countries with over 2,500 employees, creating a top-tier global eDiscovery provider.

Colleagues from Aon’s practice are joining TCDI; Trivest Partners, a minority investor in TCDI since 2020, is involved in the transaction and will continue a commercial relationship with Aon.

Financial terms were not disclosed; Integro will initially continue to operate as a separate brand while its management (led by CEO Scott Burt) will lead Innovative Discovery's information governance services. The deal is being executed with Innovative Discovery as a PE-backed platform (backed by Silver Oak Services Partners).
