NIBE Industrier AB, a publicly traded global heating-technology company, has acquired Therm-x of California, Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer of temperature sensors, industrial heaters and process control systems. The acquisition strengthens NIBE Element's thermal sensing capabilities, expands its footprint in Silicon Valley and Vietnam, and broadens end-market exposure in semiconductors and other thermal-sensitive industries.
