FDH Aero, a PE-backed aerospace and defense distributor, has acquired Unical Defense, a City of Industry, California–based provider of aftermarket component parts and logistics services for military aircraft. The acquisition serves as an add-on to FDH's platform (backed by Audax Private Equity) to accelerate growth in the global defense aftermarket and expand repair-management and supplier capabilities.
