Metropolis Technologies Acquires SP Plus Corporation for $1.5 Billion

Metropolis Technologies agreed to acquire SP Plus Corporation for $54.00 per share in cash, implying an enterprise value of approximately $1.5 billion. The transaction is financed with $1.7 billion of committed equity and debt financing led by Eldridge and 3L Capital (among others) and is expected to close in 2024, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

SP Plus Corporation Acquires Assets and IP of DIVRT, Inc.

SP Plus Corporation (SP+) acquired certain assets, all intellectual property, and a team of more than 20 engineers from DIVRT, Inc., a provider of cloud- and IoT-based frictionless parking technology. The acquisition brings DIVRT’s IP and a Bengaluru-based technology team into SP+ to strengthen its frictionless SaaS offerings and establish a technology innovation lab in India.

KKR Acquires The Parking Spot from Green Courte Partners
