Roberts to create a larger, full-service aerospace-focused specialty chemicals distributor. The combined business (rebranded as GracoRoberts) expands product breadth, geographic reach with multiple stocking locations across the U.S., and value‑added services for aerospace and advanced manufacturing customers.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.
