HUTCHMED agreed to sell a 45% equity interest in Shanghai Hutchison Pharmaceuticals Limited (SHPL) for about US$608 million in cash to GP Health Service Capital Co. and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding. The divestment allows HUTCHMED to reallocate capital to its core oncology and ATTC (antibody-targeted therapy conjugate) pipeline and accelerate its path to profitability.

Huons Acquires 31.5% Stake in PanGen Biotech to Build Biopharma CDMO Capability

Huons Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 2,647,378 shares and newly issued shares in PanGen Biotech Inc. for KRW 14.3 billion, taking a 31.53% stake and becoming PanGen's largest shareholder with plans to secure management control and incorporate PanGen as a subsidiary. The deal is intended to strengthen Huons' biopharmaceutical R&D and CDMO manufacturing capabilities, including securing GMP production for human-derived hyaluronidase used to enable subcutaneous delivery of biologics.

Schaublin Medica, based in Plan-les-Ouates, specializes in distribution of vascular grafts, endoprostheses, stents and drug‑coated balloon catheters to hospitals across Switzerland and will join Healthcare Holding's medical-technology platform to expand product and service offerings.

Linden Capital Partners Acquires LifeStyles Healthcare

(AHG) has completed its acquisition of 100% of Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Inc. for approximately $30 million, paid via the issuance of 154,639 subordinate voting shares and about $22.5 million in cash. LSU is a Canada-based third-party logistics provider specializing in pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology warehousing, distribution and order management and is the exclusive distributor of immunizing agents for Québec's public health system.
