The combined firm will add Hopkins Carley’s San Jose and Redwood Shores offices and expand Lathrop GPM’s reach to a coast-to-coast footprint across 13 offices in eight states and Washington, D.C., with approximately 360 attorneys and about $250M in annual revenue.
