Lee Equity Partners formed a new national cardiovascular platform, Cardiovascular Logistics, and acquired Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS). Comvest Credit Partners acted as joint lead arranger on a senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition and the platform’s organic and inorganic growth.
