Tonaquint acquired the former EdgeX data center facility in Oklahoma City in late 2023 and is upgrading the site from a single-client environment to a multi-tenant, initially deploying 2.5 MW of critical IT load with expansion capability up to 12 MW. The St. George, Utah–based data center operator (PE-backed by DIF Capital Partners) is refreshing infrastructure and customer spaces to target high-density and AI workloads and begin taking orders for capacity in April 2024.

Legrand has completed the acquisition of ZPE Systems, Inc., a Fremont, California-based provider of secure management infrastructure for data center, branch, and edge environments (serial console servers, sensors, service routers and a software-defined management platform). ZPE Systems will join Legrand's Data, Power and Control (DPC) Division as a business unit to broaden Legrand's data center and edge management capabilities and address growing demand driven by AI and edge computing.
