LevelBlue to Acquire Trustwave from MC2 Security Fund

LevelBlue has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trustwave, a provider of cybersecurity and managed detection and response (MDR) services, from MC2 Security Fund (MC2), a PE fund sponsored by The Chertoff Group. The deal will combine LevelBlue’s AI-driven managed security services with Trustwave’s Fusion platform, SpiderLabs threat intelligence, and FedRAMP/StateRAMP authorizations, positioning LevelBlue as the largest pure-play managed security services provider.

LevelBlue Acquires Alert Logic Managed Services Business from Fortra

The deal expands LevelBlue’s global managed detection and response platform and provides Alert Logic customers access to a larger global footprint and broader threat telemetry; Santander and Stephens served as financial advisors to LevelBlue and Fortra/Alert Logic, respectively.

LevelBlue Completes Acquisition of Aon's Cybersecurity and IP Litigation Consulting Groups

LevelBlue completed its acquisition of Aon’s Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation consulting groups, including Stroz Friedberg and Elysium Digital. The acquired consulting team will operate as Stroz Friedberg, a LevelBlue company, strengthening LevelBlue’s incident response and advisory capabilities and expanding its footprint in the legal sector.

BlueVoyant Acquires Conquest Cyber

Cybereason Acquires empow to Enhance XDR Offerings
