Peoples Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: PEBO), parent company of Peoples Bank, completed its acquisition of Limestone Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LMST) and Limestone Bank, Inc., effective April 30, 2023. The transaction adds Limestone's ~20 branches across Kentucky (about $1.5 billion in assets) to Peoples' footprint, expanding Peoples' Kentucky franchise and customer base.

Mississippi Lime Company (MLC) Acquires Burnett, Inc.

Mississippi Lime Company (MLC), an HBM Holdings company, has completed the acquisition of Burnett, Inc., a technical leader in lime slurry systems and services used in municipal water treatment. The deal includes Burnett's four Southeast U.S. operations, trucking business and proprietary technologies (CAL~FLO and the RE~MIN PROCESS); financial terms were not disclosed.

BlackSea Technologies Acquires Blue Tide Marine

BlackSea Technologies, a Baltimore-based maritime defense solutions company and portfolio company of Razors Edge Ventures, has acquired Blue Tide Marine to expand its maritime operations, unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities and at-sea support services. The acquisition integrates Blue Tide Marine's maritime expertise — including the 170' yacht support vessel OCEANUS V and a team of retired U.S. Navy SEALs and special operators — to strengthen end-to-end UxS operations, ISR, and mission sustainment for defense customers.

EagleTree Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Invincible Boat Company

EagleTree Capital (via its EagleTree Partners IV fund) has acquired a majority stake in Invincible Boat Company, a premium high-performance saltwater fishing boat manufacturer headquartered in Opa Locka, Florida. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche senior debt and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Invincible's founder Alex Lipworth will remain a significant shareholder and continue to guide product development.

MPE Partners and its portfolio company Waterfront Brands have acquired Tide Tamer, a Snow Hill, North Carolina manufacturer and distributor of aluminum watercraft lifts, docks, and waterfront accessories. The add-on expands Waterfront's product portfolio and Southeastern footprint and brings Tide Tamer's Boat Lift Warehouse e-commerce channel into the Waterfront platform; deal financing was provided by Tree Line Capital Partners, Manulife Investment Management, Northwestern Mutual Capital and LBC Credit Partners.

ENTACT Acquires White Lake Dock & Dredge

ENTACT, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of White Lake Dock & Dredge, a specialist in environmental dredging, sediment capping, and marine construction. The deal is an add-on to ENTACT's remediation platform intended to expand its sediment remediation capabilities and better serve public- and private-sector clients across the United States.
