Lippert Components, Inc., a subsidiary of LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII), has acquired CURT Group from Audax Private Equity in a strategic purchase. CURT Group, headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of towing and truck accessory products and will expand LCI's aftermarket product portfolio and market position.
