Lithko Contracting, along with equity partners The Pritzker Organization and DNS Capital, acquired the assets of Full-Tilt Constructors, a tilt‑up concrete contractor based in Orlando, Florida. The acquisition brings Full‑Tilt’s team of over 200 coworkers into Lithko’s platform to expand its tilt‑up and specialty concrete capabilities and strengthen its presence in Florida and the Southeast.
