Lockwood Acquires Random42 from Graphite Capital

The Lockwood Group, a Stamford-based medical communications agency, has acquired Random42, a London-based medical animation and scientific communications studio, from private equity firm Graphite Capital. The acquisition expands Lockwood's creative capabilities (animation, VR/AR, interactive experiences) and extends Random42's geographic footprint, particularly into the U.S. market.
