Loomis AB Acquires Burroughs, Inc

Loomis AB, through its wholly owned subsidiary Loomis US Holding Inc, has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of Burroughs, Inc for an initial USD 72 million on a cash and debt-free basis, plus a potential earn-out. The acquisition is intended to broaden Loomis’ ATM and Automated Solutions services in the US by adding lifecycle maintenance and connected technology capabilities.
