Western Metals Corporation (WTLC) closed its previously announced tender offer and subsequent merger with LOTO Energy II, LLC. LOTO Energy II purchased shares in the tender and then merged Western Metals into a wholly owned Merger Sub, with remaining unaffiliated shares converted into the right to receive $0.44 per share in cash.

Western Midstream Acquires Meritage Midstream for $885M
