Lowe's Companies, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Artisan Design Group (ADG) for $1.325 billion. ADG is a nationwide provider of design, distribution, and installation services for interior finishes (flooring, cabinets, and countertops) to home builders and property managers, and the deal is aimed at expanding Lowe's Pro distribution channel. The acquisition was completed on June 2, 2025.
