LSI Industries Acquires EMI Industries for $50 Million

LSI Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: LYTS) acquired Florida-based EMI Industries, a metal and millwork manufacturer of store fixtures, displays, and food service equipment, for $50 million in cash. The acquisition broadens LSI's retail fixture and food equipment capabilities, adds more than 300 employees and five U.S. production facilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS while creating cross-selling and operational synergy opportunities across grocery, convenience store and restaurant end markets.
