LTP Acquires Spanish Crypto Broker Turing Capital Brokerage

LTP (Liquidity Technology) has completed the full acquisition of Turing Capital Brokerage (TCB), a Bank of Spain‑licensed MiCA crypto brokerage, renaming it Liquidity Technology S.L (LTP Spain). The deal gives LTP a MiCA‑compliant foothold in Europe, combining TCB's regulatory standing and local expertise with LTP's global liquidity network and technology; Leopoldo Moreno de la Cova Ybarra will lead LTP Spain while Jorge Schnura will remain as an adviser.
