MarineMax Acquires IGY Marinas to Expand Global Marina and Superyacht Services

MarineMax, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Island Global Yachting LLC (IGY Marinas) for $480 million in cash, plus a potential earnout of up to $100 million based on performance two years after closing. IGY Marinas operates a network of 23 luxury marinas and a yacht management platform across the Americas, the Caribbean, and Europe, and will continue under its existing CEO and management team.
