Materialise Acquires Option to Buy Link3D

Materialise, a 3D printing solutions company, has acquired an option to buy Link3D Inc., an additive manufacturing workflow and manufacturing execution systems (MES) provider. The deal is expected to strengthen Materialise’s ability to manage and optimize additive manufacturing operations at scale and to accelerate its roadmap toward offering cloud-based access to its unified software platform.
