MCM Capital Partners has completed a majority recapitalization of EB Industries (EBI), a Farmingdale, New York-based provider of electron beam and laser welding and precision manufacturing services. The investment will provide EBI with capital and resources to accelerate growth through expanded sales and marketing, vertical integration opportunities and strategic add-on acquisitions while providing liquidity/partial exit to founder Steve DeLalio.
