Memorable Experiences Group (MEG), a platform established by investment sponsor Pareto & Company, has acquired Kokomo's Family Fun Center in Saginaw, Michigan. The acquisition is MEG's inaugural platform purchase as it builds a roll-up of family and location-based entertainment centers, with Wintrust providing debt financing and Jordan Knauff & Company advising the deal.

Kinepolis Group to Acquire Emagine Entertainment (US Operations) for $105 Million

Kinepolis Group has signed an agreement to acquire Emagine Entertainment’s operations in the United States for a transaction value of $105 million (100% of the business), with an additional earn-out of up to $15 million tied to the 2025 US box office. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year and will add 14 theaters (177 screens, 18,000 seats) across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
