Agility Public Warehousing Company (through its NAS subsidiary and a wholly owned Bidco) has agreed a recommended all-cash offer to acquire 100% of John Menzies plc at 608 pence per share, valuing Menzies at about £571 million equity (≈£763 million enterprise value). The combination of NAS and Menzies will create a global aviation services leader with expanded geographic reach, scale and capabilities; completion was expected in Q3 2022 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Alliance Ground International (AGI), a Miami-based ground handling operator backed by Audax Private Equity and Greenbriar Equity Group, has agreed to acquire Total Airport Services (TAS), a Spring, Texas-based passenger and cargo handling specialist. The add-on deal (from seller Grupo CCR) expands AGI's passenger-handling footprint across eight U.S. airports and complements its existing cargo capabilities; the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Relation Insurance Services Acquires G2 Insurance Services

Relation Insurance Services, backed by Aquiline Capital Partners, acquired the assets of California-based G2 Insurance Services, LLC effective June 1, 2022. The deal brings G2's specialty insurance brokerage capabilities (nonprofit, high-net-worth/family offices, commercial real estate, equine, agribusiness) onto Relation's national platform to expand its footprint and service offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Alliance Ground International (AGI) has acquired Airport Terminal Services (ATS), adding 49 locations across the United States and Canada and marking AGI's first entry into passenger/terminal operations. ATS, founded in 1975 and based in St. Louis, Missouri, has more than 5,500 employees and provides full-range ground handling, cargo handling, refuelling, de-icing and lounge/concierge services.
