Mews, the hospitality cloud platform, has acquired Nashville-based startup Nomi and will fold Nomi's AI-driven guest personalization and recommendation capabilities into Mews Guest Journey. The acquisition, managed by Mews Ventures, strengthens Mews' ability to deliver hyper-personalized guest experiences and real-time customer insights for hoteliers.
