Brown-Forman Acquires Gin Mare Brands from Vantguard and MG Destilerías

Brown-Forman Corporation has completed its purchase of the Gin Mare brands from Vantguard and MG Destilerías; the purchase price was not disclosed. Gin Mare, a Spanish Mediterranean-inspired ultra‑premium gin, will continue to be produced at MG Destilerías' distillery in Vilanova i la Geltrú and will join Brown‑Forman's premium spirits portfolio.

Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits to Acquire Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa and DVX from Pernod Ricard

Pernod Ricard and Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits signed a definitive agreement for Trinchero to take over the U.S. sparkling wines activities covering Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa and DVX. The transaction excludes assets related to the G.H. Mumm Champagne brand and other international Mumm sparkling wines activities, and is expected to close in Spring 2026 subject to customary conditions.

Corby (Pernod Ricard) Acquires 90% Stake in Ace Beverage Group

Corby Spirit and Wine, the Canadian affiliate of Pernod Ricard, will acquire a 90% stake in Ace Beverage Group for an enterprise value of CAD 165 million, with call options to buy the remaining shares in 2025 and 2028. The deal gives Corby a stronger position in the fast-growing Canadian ready-to-drink (RTD) category and will leverage Corby's distribution network to scale ABG's Cottage Springs, Ace Hill and other brands across Canada.
