Mondee Holdings has acquired Rocketrip, a New York–based behavioral business travel technology provider. The acquisition will allow Rocketrip to operate as a standalone business while leveraging Mondee’s global travel technology platform and infrastructure to scale its corporate travel behavior-change SaaS to a broader international customer base.

The transaction reduced Mondee's debt, strengthened liquidity, and resulted in Prasad Gundumogula taking a majority equity stake while Tabhi named Kumar R. Parakala CEO of North America to accelerate AI-powered travel offerings.
