Monomoy Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Southern Exteriors, a full-service residential exterior installer headquartered in Jackson, Georgia. The Halifax Group sold the majority stake and will retain a minority investment; CEO Aaron Kuhn and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as Monomoy supports its next phase of growth across the Southeastern United States.
