OceanSound Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Automated Financial Systems (AFS), a provider of commercial loan servicing and loan lifecycle management software. The deal will support accelerated product innovation, increased investment in sales and customer support, and AFS appointed Edward Jenkins as CEO to lead the company’s growth and modernization efforts.

Hub International Acquires AFS 401(k) Retirement Services and AFS Financial Group

(AFS), a Somerset, New Jersey supplier of custom dry seasoning solutions; AFS's leadership team and its ~40 employees will join Solina USA. The add-on acquisition expands Persona-Triangle's turnkey facility services capabilities and will leverage Persona-Triangle's scale to accelerate AFS's growth; the transaction was financed with senior debt from Enterprise Bank and Trust.
