Fire Safety & Protection, LLC (a portfolio company of Sunny River Management) acquired Total Fire Protection, Inc. effective Sept. 20, 2021. Total, a full-service fire protection contractor based in Alabama and licensed across the Southeast, will be integrated into FSP as part of its strategy to expand its Southeast regional presence; the company was owned by co-owners Donald and Tommy Black.
