Hg Acquires Trackunit from Goldman Sachs and GRO Capital

Hg has agreed to acquire a controlling interest in Trackunit from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and GRO Capital. Trackunit is a SaaS-based telematics and IoT provider for the construction and off‑highway equipment market; Hg's investment is intended to accelerate the company's international expansion and product development. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

GPS Trackit (Inverness Graham-backed) Acquires Zonar Systems from Continental

Goldman Sachs Alternatives Acquires Majority Stake in Trackunit

Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Trackunit from funds advised by Hg and GRO Capital, with Hg reinvesting alongside Goldman Sachs. Trackunit, a Denmark-headquartered SaaS and operating data platform for the construction ecosystem, will receive capital and strategic support to accelerate product development, international expansion and innovation; the deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to close in early summer.

GPS Insight Acquires Certified Tracking Solutions

GPS Insight, an Accel-KKR portfolio company, acquired Certified Tracking Solutions (Titan GPS) from middle‑market PE firm HKW to expand its fleet management and telematics capabilities and extend its reach into Canada. The deal adds ELD-certified solutions, specialty tracking, Bluetooth asset tracking, and field operations tools to GPS Insight's suite of SaaS fleet and field service management products.
