OneDigital Investment Advisors, a subsidiary of OneDigital, has acquired the assets of Gouldin & McCarthy, LLC, a Basking Ridge, New Jersey-based personal financial planning and retirement plan consulting firm. The deal brings the G&M team into OneDigital to expand its wealth management and retirement consulting capabilities across the Northeast and deepen services for small-to-medium businesses and high-net-worth clients.
