Bow River Capital’s Software Growth Equity Fund completed a majority recapitalization of Xyleme, Inc., a Denver-based cloud learning content management and creation platform. The investment will fund product innovation, sales growth, global scaling and potential inorganic expansion; CIBC Innovation Banking provided debt financing for the transaction.

The acquisition expands Hyphen's builder and supplier SaaS platform by adding visualization, color tools and configurator capabilities to better integrate buyer selections with Hyphen's CRM, scheduling, warranty and ERP solutions.
