GrowGeneration Corp. (NASDAQ: GRWG) has acquired Char Coir, an RHP‑certified manufacturer of premium coconut fiber growing media (including the Coco Cube). The acquisition expands GrowGeneration's private‑label and product offerings in sustainable horticultural substrates and is projected to add in excess of $15 million in revenue to GrowGen in 2021.
