Leap Partners Holdings LLC, a Nashville-based home-services consolidation platform and portfolio company of Concentric Equity Partners, acquired George Plumbing, LLC, a residential and commercial plumbing business in Hartselle, Alabama. The owner, Greg George, sold the business and will remain in a leadership role as Leap Partners continues its roll-up strategy in the Southeast.

WSB LLC, a GHK Capital-backed national design and consulting firm, has acquired CAS Consulting & Services, a multidisciplinary civil engineering firm headquartered in Austin, Texas. The add-on brings four offices and 38 employees to WSB and strengthens its water/wastewater, water resources and construction management capabilities while expanding WSB's presence in Texas and the southwestern United States.

Hub International Acquires the Assets of Mississippi-based Larry Dean Massey, Jr.

Hub International Limited acquired the insurance brokerage assets of Larry Dean Massey, Jr., expanding Hub’s presence in North Mississippi and adding specialty insurance capabilities serving construction, hospitality and oil & gas clients. Massey’s operations, with legacy ties to Memphis and now based in Oxford, Mississippi, will join Hub Gulf South and report to regional leadership; terms were not disclosed.

Southern Home Services Acquires George M. Hill & Sons

Southern HVAC Corporation (d/b/a Southern Home Services) acquired George M. Hill & Sons, a long-established residential heating and air conditioning business in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and will merge the business with Five Star Plumbing Heating & Cooling to expand service offerings in the Greenville–Spartanburg market. The deal brings the local 75+ year-old firm into Southern's platform of home-service brands as an add-on to support geographic and capability expansion.

D&L Parts Company Acquires Cashwell Appliance Parts

The deal adds Cashwell’s 11 locations across North Carolina and Virginia to D&L’s network, expanding D&L’s mid‑Atlantic and Southeast footprint and strengthening its parts supply and service capabilities.
