Owner Resource Group, an Austin-based private investment firm, has recapitalized OTR International, Inc., a Rome, Georgia-based manufacturer of specialized off-the-road tires, wheels, mounted assemblies and rubber tracks. The partnership with founder and CEO Fred Taylor will provide capital for continued global expansion, product line extensions and acquisitions while supporting management's long-term growth plans.
